We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience leading a team.

- A strong interest in sales and key performance indicators.

- Openness to feedback and change, good communication skills with both guests and staff.

- Experience in the restaurant industry is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

Your responsibilities include:

- Ensuring that the family park is always in top condition regarding safety and cleanliness.

- Managing the family park according to the company's concept and principles.

- Personnel responsibility for approximately 25-30 employees.

- Creating engagement and motivation within your team.

- Managing the kitchen, serving area, and café.

- Working towards set goals and key performance indicators and being responsible for the business's results.

- Maintaining and developing service & upselling.

- Being responsible for safety, fire, and work environment.

- Purchasing and inventory management.

- Budget responsibility for your unit.

To succeed in this role, you should be skilled in leading, communicating, engaging others, and enjoy being part of a team. You should have good knowledge and the ability to coach and inspire the rest of the staff as well as create a fantastic guest experience and optimize sales.

As a manager, you will be part of our team in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. There will be ongoing knowledge sharing and skills development within the management team.
